The following tools are available to our Hosted Microsoft CRM subscribers at no additional cost.
Mapping Tool
Integrated throughout the CRM system, the mapping tool allows users to retrieve driving directions to accounts, contacts, leads, and other entities. The mapping tool has several other features, including the addition of waypoints which allow the determination of the shortest/fastest route between client sites.
Zip Code Tool
This tool accelerates data entry wherever an address is required. By entering in the zip code of an address first, the system will auto populate the city and state associated with that zip code.
Business Productivity Workflows
Workflow assemblies deliver additional configuration options such as mathematical calculations and string concatenations.
Contact Sync Tool
Without having to configure the synchronization rules between Microsoft CRM and Outlook, this tool allows any user to access any contact in Microsoft CRM that they have permissions to, and quickly/easily define which Microsoft CRM users should have that particular contact in their Outlook address book. This provides an easy way to publish and ensure that specific CRM contacts are synchronized down to specific users Outlook address book and then to their handheld device.
Workflow Scheduler
Users can create a workflow rule using the OOB CRM functionality and utilize the scheduling tool to run it at specific intervals. For example, a workflow can be set up to send a “Happy Birthday” e-mail to different contacts. In such a scenario, the scheduler will simply automatically trigger the workflow.
SharePoint Connector
An existing SharePoint document repository can be integrated directly within Microsoft CRM. Each account, contact, lead, or even custom entity can have a document library set up within SharePoint. Pulling up the record in CRM will also display the associated documents in SharePoint.
Auto Number Generator
Allows customers to create a unique number for any entity in CRM. Characters such as ID numbers or current dates can also be appended/pre-pended.
