Hosted CRM comes in two configurations: a shared model and a dedicated model. Both the shared model and the dedicated model of our hosted CRM service utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM. While the shared model is more common, there are circumstances that necessitate a dedicated model, such as needing to integrate custom applications or workflow assemblies, physical isolation of data, or wanting to take advantage of existing Microsoft licenses.
Dedicated Model Benefits
- Dedicated hardware means consistently fast performance.
- Greater control and flexibility than public cloud services
- Highly secure
- No contract
- Fast deployment and setup
- Fully managed—we handle all upgrades and updates.
- Dedicated support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- Physical isolation of data
- Single Sign On
- Integrate unmanaged code, custom workflow assemblies, plug-ins, custom web applications, SQL Reports, ISV Tools, and other integrations.
Dedicated Model Configurations
Our dedicated model is available in two configurations: virtual and physical.
Dedicated Virtual Environment
Dedicated virtual environments offer a step up in terms of the speed and performance from a shared deployment. In a virtual configuration, the hardware and software resources of a single server are divided amongst several organizations using Hyper-V (Windows 2008 R2). Each of the resulting virtualized servers is devoted to a single organization.
Our dedicated virtual configuration offers an excellent combination of value and performance for companies that wish to leverage the benefits of the cloud and the features of our dedicated model. Our dedicated virtual deployments can typically handle the needs of up to approximately 15 CRM users.
For a dedicated virtual environment the onetime setup fee is $3,500. Hosted CRM customers who outgrow their dedicated virtual environment can upgrade to a dedicated physical environment and apply the $3,500 to the physical environment setup fee.
Onetime setup fees include, but are not limited to, VLAN and network configuration, firewall access rules, backup software licenses and configuration, additional Microsoft licenses, and installing and configuring Microsoft CRM and its pre-requisites, etc.
Dedicated Physical Environment
Dedicated physical environments offer the highest level of speed and performance available for hosted CRM. A dedicated physical environment is the best choice for companies with more than 15 CRM users that want to leverage the cloud and the benefits of a dedicated environment.
For a dedicated physical environment the onetime setup fee is $7,000.
Onetime setup fees include VLAN and network configuration, firewall access rules, backup software licenses and configuration, additional Microsoft licenses, and installing and configuring Microsoft CRM and its pre-requisites, etc.
